A Women's Creative Sanctuary

What begins to open when you meet yourself with gentleness instead of effort? It is a space to sense, rather than do and see where that softly leads you.

🌷You don’t need to be an “artist” to join. This workshop is for all women — nurses, surgeons, engineers, creatives, therapists, caregivers, retirees… anyone curious about exploring through art.

🌷All you need is curiosity, a few simple art materials, and a willingness to let go of perfectionism for 90 minutes. Together, we'll explore simple expressive arts practices to create a safe and supportive space. Moving gently between imagery, body, voice, and writing, we'll navigate our sensitivity with intimacy. 

Together with Ka Wing Li (Antara) from Hong Kong, we are opening a gentle online space for women to explore sensitivity together.

Holding the Difficult, Holding the Beautiful

Fall 2026 (English)

Holding the Difficult, Holding the Beautiful is a gentle 6-week online expressive arts journey beginning October 9, 2026. After three years of working with this process in different forms, we are opening a new cycle, a warm and supportive space to explore creativity, identity, belonging, and inner landscapes through art.

🍁 We’ll move through simple practices involving imagery, movement, writing, and art-making to support connection, self-expression, and soft attention toward ourselves and others.

We’ll also gently meet both the difficult and the beautiful parts of life, allowing space for grief, tenderness, uncertainty, joy, connection, and hope to exist side by side.

No artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to soften perfectionism for a little while.
